No, we do not recommend shipping your order to a PO box.

While solar lamps and state flags can be shipped to a PO box address, flagpoles can not.

Therefore, we require a physical address for flagpole orders to ensure smooth delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with tracking numbers for your flagpole, solar lamp, and state flags.

These tracking numbers, along with a convenient live link to the carrier's tracking page, will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Our flagpoles are designed to withstand varying wind speeds depending on the number of flags being flown. When flying a single flag and installed correctly, our flagpoles can withstand wind speeds of up to 60 MPH.

If your light is not turning on, please keep in mind that it is a solar-powered light and requires an initial charging period.

It is recommended to place the light under direct sunlight for approximately 24 hours before attempting to turn it on.

This allows the built-in battery to charge fully and ensures optimal performance. If you have followed the charging process and the light still does not turn on, please contact our support team at

Attaching the solar light to the pole is a simple process. The solar light conveniently attaches to the stem on the ball topper of the pole. It is designed to fit most ball toppers without any issues.

Just align the solar light with the stem and securely attach it, ensuring a snug fit. This allows you to effortlessly illuminate your flagpole with the solar light.

The Solar FlagPole Light stays illuminated for an approximate duration of 8-10 hours.
